Shipping And Handling
We makes every effort to insure low cost shipping.
Your Tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order ships.
Packaging and insurance will be added accordingly. Some items will include necessary shipping costs.
These items will be designated with specific shipping costs prior to checkout.
Delivery Schedule
We make every effort to ship as soon as physically possible. We will normally ship your order
out in 1-3 business days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with
the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Taxes are charged based on delivery address. German residents will be charged
the appropriate tax for their area. All out of state orders are German tax exempt. You are
responsible for any taxes due in your local area e.g.: city tax, county tax, state tax and
any and all other taxes due by law in your local area.
Returns Policy
If you have received a defective product you must notify us within 3 days. We will exchange defective products.
Please contact us for an RGA number. You have to pay the shipping when returning the product.
All items are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty.
Product Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us for a product return.
Non-returnable items are marked and still carry complete manufacturers warranty and service.
Please contact the manufacturer for service and warranty repair.
Please package your item in the original packaging with original invoice and packing list.
Please print the RGA number on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
