Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy
into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you
will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept convenient payment methods like PayPal. Refer in -Payments- for details.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged
until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.
It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order,
and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this to protect us
in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular
product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first.
Shipping And Handling
We makes every effort to insure low cost shipping.
Your Tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order ships.
Packaging and insurance will be added accordingly. Some items will include necessary shipping costs.
These items will be designated with specific shipping costs prior to checkout.

Delivery Schedule
We make every effort to ship as soon as physically possible. We will normally ship your order
out in 1-3 business days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with
the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Taxes are charged based on delivery address. German residents will be charged
the appropriate tax for their area. All out of state orders are German tax exempt. You are
responsible for any taxes due in your local area e.g.: city tax, county tax, state tax and
any and all other taxes due by law in your local area.

processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose
any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
If you have received a defective product you must notify us within 3 days. We will only
exchange defective products. Please contact us for an RGA number. You have to pay any shipping when
returning the product. All items are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty.
Product Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us for a product return.
Reconditioned items - These items have been factory reconditioned and carry a manufacturers warranty.
Non-Returnable Items - Specific items advertised on our website are designated non-returnable items.
These items will have a non-returnable logo.
However, non-returnable items still carry complete manufacturers warranty and service.
Please contact the manufacturer for service and warranty repair.
All returns require a Returns Good Authorization (RGA) number. To obtain your RGA number please e-mail
us. You will receive a RGA number via e-mail within 4 business days. Please package your item in the
original packaging with original invoice and packing list. Please print the RGA number on the outside
of the package. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Any product shipped back
without a RGA number will not be exchanged & shipped back to you at your expense.
